[Abk. für Mini Peripheral Component Interconnect (Bus), dt. »Mini-Peripherie-Verbindung(sbus)«], 1999 von der PCI Special Interest Group definierter Standard für Steckkarten, die der PC-Card ähneln, aber den PCI-Bus benutzen.
 
Mini-PCI-Karten sind 44 mm × 53 mm groß und 5-15 mm dick. Sie werden in drei Typen mit unterschiedlichen Anschlüssen und z. T. verschiedener Dicke angeboten; außerdem gibt es die »Extended Card«, die 66 statt 53 mm lang ist.
 
Ähnlich wie die PC-Card eignet sich die Mini-PCI-Card besonders für Notebooks und ähnliche Mobilcomputer. Sie dient aber vor allem der Kommunikation und wird meist als Modem- oder als Netzwerkkarte gebaut.
 
Mini-PCI-Karten bieten die Funktionalität normaler PCI-Steckkarten und unterstützen Plug and Play.
